Barn Wedding Venues

West Sussex wedding photography.

If you are a couple that love the countryside, farm animals, gorgeous scenery, rolling hills and beautiful sunsets…..then this venue is definitely worth looking at!

The Venue

Paige and Alex married here at Grittenham Barns in West Sussex in September and it was just a stunning day.

A display of beautiful wild flowers, English country feel décor wise, pre Autumn colours and sunset and lots of home made detailed touches by the couple and their family members really gave a close feel to their day.

They had a very clear and vibrant image of what they wanted from their day and mostly, they wanted it to be a wonderful and relaxed day for their guests and they wanted their wedding photography to fit in with that.

Their love for the outdoors combined with love for socialising and being with friends and family created a harmonious day for them both. 

Outdoor Ceremony

They had an outdoor ceremony in the walled garden and their reception was hosted in the barn, but the barn can accommodate an indoor ceremony too! 

Beautiful Grounds

When we visited the venue at the end of May, for their engagement session, the venue was surrounded by gorgeous roses and a very fresh spring glow. This was my first time visiting this venue and I was very excited to be their wedding photographer!

There are plenty of picture spots for both groups and intimate couples photos away from the celebrations, which is a wedding photographers dream! This is a great opportunity to get a little time for just you two to just take it all in, from a short distance away. 

Bridal Prep Area

There is a bridal prep cottage / Bridal cottage for after the wedding and another prep area that would be perfect for anyone else! I have already recommended this venue to many of my couples looking for venues and to my friends planning their weddings!
